REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be requested before sending items back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, and safety reasons. This includes opened or used dietary supplements, ear plugs, personal care or hygiene-related products, and any sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened. Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and hazardous materials are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, including dietary supplements and hygiene-related products. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
