Welcome to Founder Core. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Founder Core (“Company”). Founder Core operates this website, store, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce functionality.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or purchase products. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate and current information. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

SECTION 3 — NO MEDICAL ADVICE

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS
Founder Core offers dietary supplements, fitness equipment, lighting devices, sleep and environment optimization products, and wellness accessories. Product appearance, packaging, and specifications may vary. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time. Use of fitness equipment and physical products carries inherent risk and customers are responsible for safe installation and proper use according to instructions.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale unless authorized.
SECTION 6 — PRICING & BILLING
Prices may change without notice and may exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or duties. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees where required.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the products. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
SECTION 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. This right may not apply to opened or used supplements, hygiene products, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, systems, formulations, software, and materials within the Services are the property of Founder Core and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or extraction of content, systems, or proprietary information is prohibited.

We may provide access to third-party tools or services without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.
SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, however all purchases are made directly with Founder Core. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or disputes between you and Founder Core.
SECTION 12 — FEEDBACK & USER SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided grant Founder Core a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content without compensation.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS & INACCURACIES
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel affected orders at any time.
SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious code, scrape or harvest data, mislead others, or make unauthorized claims regarding products. Violations may result in termination.
SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder Core is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or outcomes resulting from product use, misuse, or reliance on information provided.
SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Core and its partners from claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 — FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government action, or logistics disruption.
SECTION 19 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
